What’s inside each serve

• Glycine 1500 mg: an amino acid used for evening wind-down routines
• Magnesium 200 mg: supports muscle relaxation and normal nervous system function
• Tart cherry (4:1) 500 mg: naturally contains tryptophan, a building block of melatonin, plus trace natural melatonin. Also part of that deep red colour.
• Chamomile + passionflower: calming botanicals traditionally used to help you relax
• Sodium + potassium: electrolytes for dry cabin air
• Vitamins B6, B12 + C: B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism, so you’re not running flat when you land

How to use: Stir one serve into 350 to 400 mL water, 30 to 60 minutes before you want to switch off.

Tastes like: Bright blackcurrant, mildly sweet, smooth finish. Sweetened with monkfruit.
